Challenges is an in-network contract provider for many of the largest most well known insurance and managed care companies. Some of these include Value Options, Aetna, Magellan Behavioral Health, Beech Street, Horizon Behavioral Health, Concentra, Managed Health Net and others.

In other instances Challenges is considered to be a sub specialty provider and in most cases we are approved for treatment as an out of network provider with single case rate agreements being negotiated.
